Information we collect
When you request information, request a showing or submit an offer, we collect the name, email address, phone number and any details or documents you choose to provide, along with the listing you were viewing.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, evaluate offers, share property details, and — where you have opted in — notify you about inventory that matches your buying criteria. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
Information may be shared with HomeSellers Real Estate Services team members, our transaction coordinators, title/closing partners and service providers that operate our CRM, storage and email systems on our behalf.
Documents you upload
Proof-of-funds and similar documents are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized HomeSellers Real Estate Services staff.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can opt out of buyer communications at any time by contacting us at dispo@homesellersres.com.
